All listed prices include VAT and other price components, excluding delivery costs, which will be communicated before placing the order.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with legal norms, as specified in the withdrawal instructions.

Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you need to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your intention to withdraw before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs incurred due to you choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), within fourteen days of receiving the notification of your withdrawal from the contract. We will make the refund to the same account or card used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the refund will not incur any additional charges.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first. Goods must be returned within fourteen days of informing us about the withdrawal. The return is at the buyer's expense. You must compensate for any damage to the goods if it occurred due to use beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are not pre-made and for which individual selection or specification by the consumer is crucial or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Contracts which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return if their packaging has been opened after delivery.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods.

Warranty and Liability

Unless otherwise agreed, the statutory warranty law applies to defective goods.

Returns of Goods

Please note that food products of proper quality cannot be returned. Returns are only possible in case of product defects or errors in the order.
