Frozen Food. Holubtsi with Beef.
Ingredients:
Beef, white cabbage, strained tomatoes, water, onion, carrot, basmati rice, rapeseed oil, salt, parsley, garlic, spices.

Preparation:
- Defrost the Holubtsi.
- Lightly fry in a pan or pot with oil.
- Prepare the sauce:
- Mix 1 part tomato sauce with 1 part sour cream, a bit of water, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the Holubtsi and simmer under a lid on low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Enjoy hot with the cooked sauce.
