Frozen Dumplings with Beef and Pork (Handmade)
Ingredients:
Meat (50% beef, 50% pork), wheat flour, water, onion, rapeseed oil, salt, spices.
Nutritional Information per 100g:
- Energy: 236 kcal
- Fat: 12 g
- Carbohydrates: 21 g (of which sugars < 0.5 g)
- Protein: 10 g
- Salt: 1.1 g
Cooking Instructions:
- Bring water to a boil with salt and a bay leaf (2 tsp salt per 1L of water).
- Add the frozen dumplings to the boiling water and stir gently at the beginning.
- Cook over medium heat for 6–7 minutes.
- Serve with butter, vinegar, black pepper, sweet paprika, and a splash of dumpling broth.
Storage Instructions:
Store at -18℃ or below. Best before date is indicated on the packaging.
