Frozen Dumplings with Beef and Pork (Handmade)

Ingredients:
Meat (50% beef, 50% pork), wheat flour, water, onion, rapeseed oil, salt, spices.

Nutritional Information per 100g:

• Energy: 236 kcal
• Fat: 12 g
• Carbohydrates: 21 g (of which sugars < 0.5 g)
• Protein: 10 g
• Salt: 1.1 g

Cooking Instructions:

1. Bring water to a boil with salt and a bay leaf (2 tsp salt per 1L of water).
2. Add the frozen dumplings to the boiling water and stir gently at the beginning.
3. Cook over medium heat for 6–7 minutes.
4. Serve with butter, vinegar, black pepper, sweet paprika, and a splash of dumpling broth.

Storage Instructions:
Store at -18℃ or below. Best before date is indicated on the packaging.
