Frozen Food. Pancakes with Ham and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 50% pancake (milk, water, wheat flour, egg, rapeseed oil, sugar, baking powder, salt)
- 50% filling:
- Cooked ham (pork, iodized table salt [table salt, potassium iodate], dextrose, stabilizer [diphosphates], antioxidant [sodium ascorbate], preservative [sodium nitrite])
- Emmental cheese (PASTEURIZED COW'S MILK, salt, starter cultures, microbial rennet)
- Cream cheese (MILK, table salt, lactic acid cultures, microbial rennet)
Preparation:
- Defrost the pancakes.
- Briefly fry in a pan with butter or oil and heat.
- Alternatively, warm up in the microwave.
