Soljanka
Ingredients: 55% beef broth (water, 17% beef, salt, bay leaves), 45% soup mix (26% beef, 15% pickles (cucumbers, water, salt, spices), 12% bacon, potatoes, carrots, 9% salami, onions, 5% black olives, tomato paste, rapeseed oil, garlic, salt, parsley, pepper, ground coriander, lemon.

- Fat: 4.5 g (of which saturated fat: 0.9 g)
- Carbohydrates: 3.1 g (of which sugars: 1.0 g)

Preparation: Frozen: Defrost in the microwave for 20-25 minutes (in 5-minute intervals) and heat.
Defrosted: Heat in the microwave for 5-10 minutes (in 5-minute intervals). Alternatively, transfer to a pot and heat on the stove.
Serving suggestion: With fresh bread and sour cream.
Storage: Keep at -18℃ and consume before the date indicated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting!
