Ingredients:
Cottage cheese, sugar, rice flour, egg, vanilla extract.

Preparation:
- Thaw the syrnyky.
- Fry in a pan with oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Alternatively, fry directly from frozen on lower heat for about 8 minutes on each side. If the sides brown too quickly, reduce heat.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve plain or with sour cream or sour cream. Optionally, you can also top with jam or fruit compote.
