Syrnyky with Ricotta, Almonds, and Dried Apricots (Kids Edition) GLUTEN-FREE

Ingredients:
Cottage cheese, Ricotta 29% (milk, cream, whey concentrate, salt, citric acid), rice flour, sugar, eggs, dried apricots 5.9%, ground almonds 3.5%, vanilla extract.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C with fan.
Place frozen syrnyky on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the baking tray from the oven and let the syrnyky cool and firm up on the tray for 5-10 minutes.
