Meatballs with beef and pork 600g

Ingredients: Beef (50 %), pork (50 %), onions, salt.

Average nutritional values per 100 g:

• Energy: 836 kJ / 200 kcal

• Fat: 15 g (of which saturated: 6 g)

• Carbohydrates: 0.5 g (of which sugars: <0.5 g)

• Protein: 17 g

• Salt: 1.1 g

Preparation:
Pan-fry frozen meatballs in oil over medium heat for 6–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Alternatively, thaw for 1 hour before cooking.

Storage: Store at -18 °C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed.
